This is a mixed modality class that fuses HIIT components with fun, fitness style boxing intervals, on a professional grade heavy bag for a perfect, fun marriage of workout styles.
Glove up and smile big, this eclectic mix of heavy bag workout intervals combined with body weight exercises, is sure to please even the biggest skeptics. With fun music and tons of flare, this class will get the heart pumping and the good times jumping. Working out can be hard but we make it fun!
